Although centered around the sector of agriculture and its subsequent supply chain, UniCap Asia also holds tracts of FTZs in emerging markets with the aim of establishing centers of distribution and control for internal and external stakeholders.

Current negotiations with several partners in the gaming industry in Asia and South East Asia are also underway with the ultimate intent of the provision of non-gaming products and services for gaming clients in the region.
